Helia Naghdi

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nanophotonics Engineering, with research experience spanning spintronics and neuromorphic photonics. During my undergraduate studies, I worked on a spintronics project using MATLAB, and I am now focusing on neuromorphic photonic systems. My academic interests lie at the intersection of photonics, artificial intelligence, and next-generation computing architectures, with a particular emphasis on developing energy-efficient optical systems that emulate neural computation. I am especially interested in integrated photonics and intelligent hardware for future computing technologies, and my long-term goal is to contribute to interdisciplinary research that bridges fundamental physics and practical innovation.
